Admission
Admission in Class (LKG_IX)
Admission in the school is strictly based on the performances in the entrance test
which are held in the 1st / 2nd week of December every year preceding to the session
of admission for the children who seek admission in classes LKG to IX.
1. The admission is granted subject to availability of the seats
and the performance of the child in the entrance test.
2. Registration form along with prospectus for admission is
made available in the school Accounts section from 1st November of the year proceeding
to the session admission is sought for.
3. Following documents must be submitted with the registration
form.
(a) Copy of Birth
Certificate for LKG & UKG
(b) Copy of Original
school leaving certificate / TC of the school last attended for Class I – IX students
only.
(c) Progress Report
card of the previous school for Class I – IX students only.
(d) 5 nos. of
recent passport size photographs.
Admission in Class XI (Science, Arts and Commerce streams)
Eligibility to Class XI admission is decided on the following factors:
1. The child must have
successfully completed Class X examination from a recognized board.
2. He /she must have
secured the cutoff mark as decided by the school from time to time.
3. The child is granted
admission only if he/she qualifies in the entrance-cum- aptitude test which is held
in the month of March/April every year.
4. For CBSE (our own
students) the stream is decided as per interest clusters in SGAI conducted by CBSE.
Following documents
are to be submitted along with the registration form.
a)
Copy of class X pass mark sheet
b) Copy
of Original school leaving certificate / TC of the school last attended
c) 5
nos. of recent passport size photographs.
Admission in Class X and XII
No direct admission in class X and XII is allowed.

office between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on any working day.
